Terms and Conditions

By ordering from Ava J's Cupcakes you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Conditions) and accept that these Conditions may be modified or amended and posted on this website from time to time. 

 Payment

• Full Payment is Required at time of purchase; Several options are available. Cash is Only available if both parties agree at the time the order is placed, Due to Health Safety Concerns.  
• All Orders are made to order and will Not be Refunded within 3 days of date set to be completed/mailed. If cancelling within 2 weeks of completion/mail date, 75% of purchase will be Refunded. If cancelling Greater then 2 weeks of completion/mail date, a Full Refund will be given. 
• We accept: PayPal, Credit Cards, Venmo and Zelle.

Ordering

• Orders can be placed in advance as early as 90 days. Orders that are placed 1 Days prior to expected completion/mail date will include 20% Rush Fee.
• In the event that an order needs to be Modified, the order will include the 20% Rush Fee if modified within 1 Days of completion/mail date.

Liability

• We are not liable for: damage to orders not caused by any of our employees, property damage while in the process of picking up orders, guest injury, harm caused by eating plastic accessories, Customer's flower choices (poison, pesticides, dirt, poor handling), post pickup damage, and allergic reactions. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to report the damage to us within 24 hours and send photographic evidence of the damage within 7 working days if you wish to claim a refund or replacement. 
• Full Refund or Replacement is available if the Product is damaged and/or spoiled due the direct lack of care in reasonable packaging/handling from any Ava J's Cupcakes Employee. 

Intellectual property

• We are unable to do exact replications if the designs requested are copyrighted.
• All Orders are made to order and can be modified to a version that is near the request and made to be your own.
